On the way to Maggie Valley a few weeks ago, Kristie and I passed Lake Junaluska.. To our surprise almost all of the water was out of it..Doing work to the lake? They're definately doing something to it..
Indeed They Drain the lake every year in the winter for cleaning. I have never seen it empty but seen how they do it. the water you were seeing was the Original Creek that went through before they dammed it up. That Answer your Question???
